This United States Privacy Notice ("Notice") supplements our standard Privacy Policy and applies solely to residents of states with comprehensive privacy regulations, including California, Colorado, Virginia, Connecticut, Utah, and Texas. This Notice is designed to comply with the California Consumer Privacy Act of 2018, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act of 2020 (collectively, "CCPA/CPRA") and related state statutes.

2. Your Rights Under State Law
If you reside in a state with comprehensive privacy frameworks, you are granted specific rights regarding your personal information. You can exercise these options free from any form of commercial retaliation or price discrimination.
  • The Right to Know / Access: You have the right to request twice a year that we disclose what personal information we have collected, used, disclosed, and sold/shared about you over the past 12 months.
  • The Right to Delete: You have the right to request that we permanently delete personal information collected from you, subject to specific legal exceptions (such as the need to finish a pending transaction or comply with local tax laws).
  • The Right to Correct: You have the right to request that we update or modify inaccurate or incomplete personal data we maintain about you.
  • The Right to Opt-Out of Sale or Sharing: You have the right to direct us to stop sharing your personal information with third parties for cross-context behavioral or targeted advertising.
  • The Right to Limit Sensitive Data Use: You can instruct us to limit our use of your Sensitive Personal Information solely to what is necessary to perform essential website operations. (Note: We already limit our sensitive data strictly to secure order processing).

You may also designate an authorized agent to make requests on your behalf using these same channels.
Right to Appeal (Texas, Colorado, Virginia, Connecticut): If you reside in Texas, Colorado, Virginia, or Connecticut and we deny or fail to act upon your privacy request, you have the right to appeal our decision within 30 days. 4. How We Handle Automated Opt-Out Requests
  • Minors: We do not knowingly collect, share, or sell the personal information of consumers under 16 years of age. If we learn that an account belongs to a minor under 16, we will delete or otherwise comply with the applicable law the data or require affirmative opt-in parental consent.
