Full Color Digital Printing with UV Technology

• Technical details: UV‑cured inks printed directly onto rigid or specialty items - great for Awards, Mugs, Stainless Drinkware and Signs.
• Limitations: Print area and item size/shape constraints; color on dark items may need underbase.
• Best for / benefits: Full‑color prints on hard goods and has opened a world of possibilities with many custom drinkware pieces.
• Pros: Full color, sharp detail, fast cure.
• Cons: Best for flat/relatively flat surfaces but can be used with a rotary machine to print full color on mugs if the outer surface is flat up and down - not all products are compatible.
• Lead time: 5–7 business days in‑house.  Can do a 1-day rush at many of our production facilities!
• Examples: Drinkware, Tech Items like Powerbanks, Tumblers, Coasters, Awards, plaques, signs and other promotional items!
