Custom Screen Printing on Shirts, Bags and Branded Corporate Gifts

• Technical details: Ink pushed through screens onto fabric or hard goods; one screen per color.   On dark materials, there is often an underlayer of white so the coloring stays true and crisp!

• Limitations: Not ideal for small runs with many or full color; color changes add cost. 

• Best for / benefits: Larger runs, bold graphics on tees, hoodies, and workwear as well as many swag items. 

• Pros: Cost‑effective at volume, vibrant colors, exact panton or color matches and very durable. 

• Cons: Not ideal for many or full color, some items cannot hold a screen like custom stress toys, and not ideal for small runs.

• Lead time: 5–7 business days in‑house.  As fast as 1-day production at some of our custom swag facilities!
