Custom Full Color Sublimation Decoration

• Technical details: Dye turns to gas under heat and bonds with polyester fibers to make a complete and edge to edge full color imprint.
• Limitations: Requires light‑colored, high‑polyester materials; colors look muted on darks.  The product usually starts off a a white material.
• Best for / benefits: All‑over prints and photographic designs on poly items like full color towels, cleaning cloths, and all over shirt imprints!
• Pros: No hand feel; won’t crack or peel; great color on white/very light garments.  As the ink is ingrained there is no stiff feel.
• Cons: Limited to polyester/light colors; not for cotton.
• Lead time: 5–7 business days in‑house.
• Examples: Performance shirts, mugs, awards, signage panels.
